1. Donations and Tithes

• All donations, tithes, and offerings made to the Church of God of Prophecy Pembroke Pines are considered voluntary contributions.

• Because these funds are immediately used to support our ministry, outreach programs, and church operations, donations are non-refundable.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate transaction – if you accidentally make the same donation more than once.

• Processing error – if a technical or clerical error results in an incorrect donation amount.

• Unauthorized transaction – if a donation was made fraudulently without your knowledge or consent.

If one of these applies, please contact us promptly within 15 days of the transaction so we can assist you.

3. Event Registrations & Purchases

• If the church hosts an event with a registration fee or sells physical items (such as books, materials, or merchandise), specific refund guidelines will be provided at the time of purchase.

• Unless otherwise stated, event fees and product sales are non-refundable.
